About Us

Hello, my name is Dr. Julie S. Nunu and I am the doctor and owner of Nunu Dental PLLC, which is a family-owned private practice. 

I graduated with a B.S in Biology from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI with Cum Laude honors. Thereafter, I was accepted into Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland, OH where I obtained my Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree in 2014. I graduated with academic excellence. Then I was accepted into the General Practice Residency at the John D. Dingell Veteran’s Medical Center in Detroit, MI where I completed the program in 2015. 

I have been in the dental field for 10 years now and enjoy every aspect of it. I love to connect with my patients to help them improve their oral hygiene and give them the smile they always wanted. In our office, we will make sure that all of your needs are met and fulfilled. Our number one goal is to make you, the patient happy. With continued education courses and live seminars, I am always up to date and always on the forefront of new dental developments and technologies. 

During my spare time I like to hang out with family members and friends and like taking my puppy Teddy for walks. Also, I like to travel to different countries and experience different cultures. Other hobbies include bike riding, tennis and swimming.
